Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund: your request must be submitted within 7 days of your subscription activation date. Refunds are available for first-time subscribers only. Accounts found to have violated our Terms of Service (including account sharing beyond your plan limits) are not eligible for refunds.
How to Request a Refund
Contact our support team via Telegram. Provide your account username and the reason for your refund request. Our team will process eligible refund requests within 3-5 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds are returned via the original payment method. Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the original cryptocurrency at the rate at time of purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued after the 7-day period has expired. Accounts terminated due to Terms of Service violations are not eligible for refunds. Reseller credits are non-refundable once used to create subscriptions.
Free Trial
Our 24-hour free trial requires no payment, so no refund is applicable. The free trial is provided so you can verify service quality, including Firestick performance, before making any payment.
